So…what is the Monday Poll?

Good question! It isn't, contrary to its name, an actual poll. Information technology's just a listing of 5 more or less random questions I've been posting on this weblog every Mon morn for the by gazillion years (more than 10!). I dear reading your answers, and it helps me get my week off to a keen start. ?

Rise and shine, morning time glory! Happy Monday. ?? I'll exist in and out today considering I accept some cool things to do for the Connor Claire store. And I want to exercise 'em. So that's what I'm doing today, only I'thou besides blogging in a way because I'll be wearing makeup and testing a few things to share with y'all.

Now, the poll!

one. A little…never hurt anyone.

A niggling dry shampoo never hurt anyone (best one of all fourth dimension: R+Co Decease Valley). I mean, if y'all think virtually information technology, yous get an extra solar day out of your hairdo, lift at your roots, and, in some cases, kick-@ss perfumes (hi, Oribe)… Actually, when I'1000 washed with this, I'm gonna use some because my hair feels gross. It's been like two days since I washed information technology.

two. Crazy babe hairs — how the heck practise you lot tame them?

Well, you can finish fighting them and just let them be all crazy, which is what I practise sometimes. Or, you lot can do sure things, similar redirecting your part, to brand the taming process a picayune easier.

I part slightly downwardly the center left now, whereas I used to do a deep function on my right, and the only reason I do this now is considering of a few weeks when I was too tired to bother with my hair, and I simply let information technology do what it wanted to, and the baby hairs always went a certain way…so when I only go with it and don't spend all my life fighting them, it makes my life easier.

And then, go with the grain.

Also, use lots of products if y'all need to. I highly recommend R+Co – Command Flexible Paste, and also use a stiff hairspray that doesn't bit (I like Bumble and Bumble Strong Terminate Firm Hold Hairspray).

3. Who or what do you currently need a suspension from?

Honestly, I would love a break — or, possibly, a permanent breakdown — from my anxiety. That would be nice. Basically…it'south hard to adult in the Bay Area. There are so many times when I but wish nosotros could pack up and motility someplace one) cheaper, 2) that isn't out in the center of nowhere, iii) that's still close to my family, 4) that has dainty weather 5) and lots of Asians and different cultures.

Where is this place?? You tell me, 'cause I'll motion in that location. I'll be your neighbor! ??

Anyway, kids are expensive! And Connor's starting preschool soon. If we conveniently won the lottery, that would be great.

4. What kind of pie would yous like?

I don't think peaches are in flavour all the same, only they should exist before long, right? I would dear a peach pie with a crust made from scratch and a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. (Non Breyers though. Breyers is bullsh*t.)

5. Reggae — love information technology or get out it?

I love it for near three hours if it's sunny and I'one thousand drinking a Corona and wearing shorts and a tank summit, only after that I'm request the DJ to please play something else. I'yard done pretending I'm in a Shaggy video.

~ Advice on fancy water ice cream and life ~

I went to a frou-frou ice foam place last weekend for altogether ice foam, and I appreciated their attention to detail with all organic everything, merely you take to examination every single flavor you're considering when you lot go to a place similar that. You don't just jump in and get the mint and then exist shocked when it actually tastes like real mint (similar El Hub did, haha).

I tested all the flavors. I did my due diligence. ??

And then exam, test, test! Test all those flavors, daughter — even if you're property up the line and people are behind you tapping their foot.
